Nina L. Newbury, 78, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 12:30 pm June 4, 2024 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was born September 5, 1945 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the late Charles and Irene (Huddleston) Barton. Nina first married Tomy Kash. She later married Robert Newbury. He preceded her in death.
Nina is survived by her son, Richard Nash and wife, Lori of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, Bethany Nash and Emaleigh Nash, both of Mount Vernon; and great-grandson, Ezra Nash.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
