Maryalyce Kubiak, 80, of Centralia, Illinois, passed away at 12:20 pm June 10, 2024 at Fireside House in Centralia. She was born September 6, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. Maryalyce married Jerome Kubiak on October 7, 1967 in Chicago. He preceded her in death in 2001.
Maryalyce is survived by her special friend, Christina Nichols.
Maryalyce was of the Catholic faith and was a member of Crossroads Hospital Auxiliary. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed traveling world wide.
Per her wishes, Maryalyce will be cremated and no services will be held at this time. A private inurnment will take place at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens at a later date. Memorials may be made in Maryalyce's honor to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
