Patricia Ann Kowalski, 72, of McLeansboro, IL, passed away at 2:37 A.M. August 1, 2024 at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, Indiana. She was born in DuQuoin, Illinois on March 21, 1952 to the late Theodore and Esther (Kroll) Pokorney. She married Richard John Kowalski on June 8, 1974 in DuBois, Illinois and he preceded her in death on July 23, 2020.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, April Bowman of Mc Leansboro, IL; grandchildren, Maxwell Bowman and Layla Bowman both of McLeansboro, Illinois; sisters, Laverne Dickerson of Nashville, Illinois, Madylen Baugh Roeper and husband Jeff Roeper of St. Charles, Missouri; brother, Stan Pokorney and wife Rita of Wayne City, Illinois; sister-in-law, Genevieve Lee of Creve Coeur, Missouri; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews also survive.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
She worked at several Garment Factories in the area and she last worked as a Sales As
