Diana Rae Waterstradt, 78, of Texico, Illinois, passed away at 1:05 pm August 5, 2024 at White Oak Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Mount Vernon. She was born November 22, 1945 in East Chicago, Indiana to the late Owen Edward and Sarah Margaret (Benner) Grover. Diana married Charles K. Waterstradt in June of 1975 and he preceded her in death on June 16, 2024.
Diana is survived by sons, Daniel Karl Waterstradt and Matthew Owen Waterstradt, both of Texico, Illinois; grandsons, Christian Scott Waterstradt and Jacob Karl (Angel) Waterstradt; nephews, Ryszard Adam (Alexandra) Omiotek, John Owen (Deretha) Omiotek, Peter Stanley Omiotek, Hubert Barnett, II; great-nephew, Nik Omiotek; and great-niece, Lisa Wright.
In addition to her parents and husband, Diana was preceded in death by her sisters, Claudia Ann Grover Omiotek and Nancy Sue Grover Barnett.
Diana was a very active member at Donovan Christian Church and church was very important to her. She loved to travel and was loved by
