Myra Jane Loss, 81, of Odin, Illinois, passed away at 11:10 am August 14, 2024 at Salem Township Hospital in Salem, Illinois. She was born September 27, 1942 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Roscoe and Katherine (Weatherford) Hutchcraft.
Jane is survived by her son, Martin Loss and wife, Cindy of Salem; daughter, Brenda Halbin and husband, Rick of Bluford, Illinois; grandchildren, Tiffany McNair and husband, Tavis, Derek Halbin, and Jordan Halbin and wife, Reaney; great-grandchildren, Ian, Nate, Clara, and Alyvia McNair, Vivi and Oris Halbin; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her siblings, Bob Hutchcraft and Gloria Brown.
Jane was a faithful member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. She loved the Lord with all her heart. Jane enjoyed doing crafts and playing the piano, but most of all, she cherished the time she shared with her family.
