Douglas Neil Hinderliter, 64, of Waltonville, Illinois, passed away at 7:55 am March 12, 2025 at his residence. He was born June 4, 1960 in Olney, Illinois to Donald and Joan (Gaede) Hinderliter. Douglas married Gloria (Roeder) Hinderliter on March 11, 2002. They were blessed with twenty-three years of marriage.
Douglas is survived by wife, Gloria Hinderliter; father, Don Hinderliter; children, Angela Gantenbein, Ryan, Jordan, and Jody Hinderliter; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and brother, Steve.
Douglas was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Hinderliter; son, Nick Hinderliter; and one nephew.
Douglas was an Illinois Basketball fan and loved his dog, Kali. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and will be dearly missed.
Per his request, there will be no services held. Memorials may be made in Douglas' honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
